These colorful chairs ... were ... as a symbol and focal point on the road to visitors, tourists and customers to draw attention to themselves, in downtown shops of retail trade, in Weimar
in Thuringia . I think it creates a nice fresh and friendly appearance, also improves the Einkaufsatmosphaere so many inner cities.
The retailer needs only an old chair, the desired colors and possibly flowers, so no great effort for the coming spring
